At superasiastore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
